How to Use

Use at room temperature for yoga(savasana pose), meditation and relaxation practices; or for cold and hot therapies.  Cold Therapy: Place the eye pillow inside this resealable stay-fresh pouch and chill it in the freezer for a minimum of one hour. Ideal for headaches, puffiness, and sinus relief.   Hot Therapy: Remove pilow from this stay-fresh pouch. Warm in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Great for tension relief and promoting circulation.
