New Orleans LA Hot Sauce

Louisiana Style hot sauce featuring a unique blend of Fermented Red Chili peppers and extended fermenting.  This longer fermentation gives this sauce an incredible “tang” reminiscent of the sauces traditionally coming from the southern US state of Louisiana. Salty and super tangy, this sauce pairs very well with seafood, oysters, cocktails, and finger or bar food!
